How long does my order take to ship?
The processing of your order may take between 2-5 business days. Once processed, Mark Mo will be shipped out within 2-5 business days using standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that the construction of Mark Mo Regalia may take between 2-31 business days, depending on the pre-approved design. Once construction is complete, your order will be shipped using standard shipping, with the same 3-5 business day delivery estimate.
Do you offer international shipping?
We also offer international shipping, with additional fees applied. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for refunds of Mark Mo within two weeks after the listed shipping receiving date, with the balance returned in the original format of payment.
Regalia is not refundable as all designs will be approved prior however alterations will be accepted.
Clothing care, Alterations and Corrections
How should I care for my Mark Mo Regalia clothing?
Please note that Mark Mo Regalia's clothing is dry clean only. Damage from Washing machine is not considered refundable damage.
Does Mark Mo Regalia offer customization or personalization services?
We offer alterations and customizations for both existing and new Mark Mo and Regalia pieces. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your specific needs.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled only during the processing phase. Modifications are considered on a case-by-case basis; please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.
